Ripoff swindler con-artists took us for all we had

They tricked and lied to us & victimized many consumers...

On October 3rd I received a call from the royal star benefits scam artist, they told me if I allowed them to debit my account for $249.00 they would send me a credit card for $3000.00 in 6weeks. They took the money on 10-08, and I never recived anything. I tried to call almost 100 times, the CSR's were totally rude, they would hang up the phone in my face, yell at me, give me a supervisor's name of Beverly Clark (scam artist) or an assistant Amy Nelson (Scam Artist), but these individuals were never in the office.

They promised that they would give me a call, but i have not heard anything. I even wrote the company a letter, but they never responded. I only did this because I have a sick mother, and I thought with the $3000. My dad and i could send her to this specialist hospital, that said they could help. I am a college student and only work 13hrs a week, i can barely afford to feed me and my family. This is sad that people would take advantage of others like this. I would love to see this company and all employees and owners prosecuted to the full extent of the law, and I am a willing participant in their prosecution.
