Lied & ripped me off & are fraudulent con-artists who deserve to be punished

Received a phone call and was talked into getting credit card with all these benefits paying a fee of $249 and would get in about 3-4 weeks.
After 3 to 4 weeks, I received nothing and called them to find out what was going on. They responded that they would send it out and this went on about 3 times. Finally I got a booklet and a red/white brochure in the mail but no card. Called them to find out what was going on and they said to mail the red/white brochure and I did and still no credit card and this happended back in October.
I called the phone number several times and the recording would say they were closed. Now the phone number is out of service and can't call at all. No way to get intouch with these crooks.
