MWI Connections consumer fraud ripoff USA

On 3-24-03 I found a billing on my credit card for MWI*Connections for $109.95 that I did not authorise or know who they were. I called my credit card company (Capitol One) and they told me that MWI are " partners " with Capitol One and that the service is for entertainment discounts. I told customer service that I had no contact from MWI

I wasn't recieving anything from them and that I wanted that charge removed from my card. That was 3 days ago and the charge still shows on my credit card. Capitol One's customer service said that the offer was mailed to me with an offer of 60 day free trial (I don't recieve a mailed bill as everything is done online). I called the 800 # for MWI and all I got was a recording, no person to person contact.
