Cashed Check, Didn't Sent Merchandise consumer rip-off fraud consumer fraud ripoff...

I sent JD Mavel Products a check for $18.75 on 1/9/03 with an order for two bras. They cashed my check on 1/16/03. Six weeks later, no merchandise has been received. I sent them a letter on 2/26/03, with a copy to the State of New York's Office of the Attorney General, requesting a full refund.
