Bank Of America After posting a deposit at Bank of America they, changed it to "Hold" and applied overdraft charges of $128.00 Pocatello Idaho...

On 2-18-03 I make a deposit in the bank machine at Bank of America in Pocatello Idaho. After 6:00am the next morning (2-19-03, I check online banking which shows the deposit has been posted and the available balance at the top of the page reflects this. I make one online payment, then leave the house and make three debit charges which are approved. Apparenty at sometime during the 19th (Same day), they decide to put a hold on the deposit until 2-20-03 (the next day).

The following day (2-20-03) they charge my account $128.00 in overdraft chages and deline the online payment. The same day (2-20-03) they draft a letter informing me of the hold. The letter arrives on 2-24-03. Note: at the bottom of the online page it is stated that the available balance includes your posted transactions, all electronic (ATM) transactions performed today, any HOLDS or pending credit associated with your account of which Bank of America has been notified.
