Beware of false

First - When I applied to AIA My admissions advisor told me that when and if I ever needed extra tutoring or help with any of my studies that - that would be no problem they were there to help.

*Below is one of the many bad experiances I had when this college

Second - I was having trouble understanding and keeping up in software for the applied arts course. I would ask the instructor for help many times but she seemed uninterested in helping me grasp the understanding of the tutorals and remembering it, at one time she became angry called me out in front of the class to deliberately embarass me, asking why I wasn't on the same "page" when she was giving a walk thru tutoral once when I "got stuck " about 5 steps back and was trying desperately to catch up.

I went to the school counseling services to try to seek some sort of advice and help with my academics but was told I was on my own in other words. That I would have to pay out of pocket a large fee to prove I had a learning disability in some areas of academics even tho it was on my high school report. I ended up failing the class even tho I never missed a day and had perfect attendance and in the end was suspended academically from the school for failing this class twice.

To get to the point their attitude is; if you get it, you get it and if you dont get it, well then too bad for you. Once you call or show the slightest interest in the school the academic advisors will call and call you and give you false promises and hope. Once they get your signature on the contract and hands on your loan you are basically on your own and screwed because thats what they care about not you.
