Desceptive school

I enrolled at Pennco Tech for AutoCAD and their admissions advisor told us they stand by their students and handle the complaints very fast, however, i live in bridgeton and it takes me two hours to get to school and the instructor informed me that i was in danger of failing and i asked for help so the instructor blew it off like i did not need the help, so late October Mr. Raganese told me he had no choice but to fail me and the educational dean told me "Mr. Raganese did no wrong and i should have followed through more carefully" so lucklly i did not lose any money but a h_l of alot of confidence.
