Ripoff money took from account consumer fraud

I checked my bank accout on Feb. 21 and found a withdrawal for 139.95 from MWI Essentials, I have never heard of them.

When I called they said they save you money, DUH! However when I was talking to two reps Nicky and her super sharon neither could find an account in my name.

They kept questioning if I had moved inthe last five years and I kept saying No I have lived at this address for over 8 years.

They asked if I ever lived in San Antonio I said no, they asked about a John McIntyre (my son) he is on my acount but only for emergency purposes he has no info on the acct at all.

They gave me a number I left at work (it had a402 area code) to fax them pfoor that the money was taken out of my acct. WHich I did but they never called nack.
