I called Aspire Visa at their number (1-800-348-8783) to redeem my "Rapid Miles" points I've been accumulating for years for a roundtrip flight from San Francisco to Los Angeles. I was told the program was terminated. And that was that. I could not redeem my points. I said that was one of the reasons I got the damn (I didn't say "damn") card. They said had I not received a notice recently. I said "no."

I then called the Rapid Miles direct number (1-800-215-7769) and was given my total points! I got the points, but I can't use them! Wow, what a benefit. I'm in the process of contact State of Georgia Attorney General's Consumer Affairs Office with my complaint. I suggest you call Aspire Visa to check on using your "Rapid Miles" points. Yeah, right.
