Dishonest ripoffs St Stamford

I ordered a Pasta Pro off of an infomercial on Christmas Eve. I was charged for the Pasta Pro and did recieve it. (cheaply made I might add)

I checked my bank account on 2-1-03 and noticed a charge from MWI Connections for 96.00. I didn't order anything! On 1-30-03 this company said I purchased something from them and on 01-31 the 96.00 was removed from my account.

A phone number was included on the bank account for this company. When you call the number you are told to check them out at Geopath.com. They also ask you for your membership number and/or phone number. I hung up and looked up Geopath.com on line. There is a Special Note on this web page stating that a scam is going on and they are using another innocent parties web page to add to their scam.

This scam has been going on for many YEARS! Why are they still able to abuse people??? Why aren't they stopped??? Why didn't my bank know of this scam if it has gone on for years??? Can I get my money back??? So many questions, NO ANSWERS!
