Rip-off Dishonest false promises

I do not understand why an employee would call my house an tell me "if I was unsatisfied with the product I could simply return the package at there expense and that the product would have a return postage paid label on it".

Now I am stuck with these books that I don't like and they will not let me send the books back without completing "my agreement" to purchase more books.
