Ripped off by Poetry.com as a semi-finalist I did not win any prize as guaranteed

I was informed by Poetry.com that my poem had made it to the semi-finalist catagory. And as a semi-finalist I was guaranteed to recieve one of the prizes. 1st prize, $1,000.00 dollars, 2nd prize Limited Edition solid silver medal worth $50.00, and 3rd prize a Limited Edition bronze medal worth $25.00. I called them the other day and asked why I have not recieved a prize. The customer representative took my name and telephone number and said she would give to customer service and would get back to me. I was to be notifed by mail if I was a winner by the middle of March or by the end of March, and I have not been. As I checked on the Poetry.com site I found out that I was not a winner of the 1st prize for Febuary 15th, nor was I a 3rd winner. So then I thought I was a 2nd winner of the silver medal because I am a semi-finalist for that month. But when I checked out the winners list, they did not have one as yet. Then I started to look for other poetry sites and found out that poetry.com has been scamming people. I was shocked and mad that they had made a fool out of me. I called them back and told them I want my prize as guaranteed by them and also told them I know that they had scammed me, and that I would not forget what they had done to me. All I want is my prize as they said I would get. I at least did not fall for their offer of buying the book to publish my poem, but did give them permission to do so thinking I would get recognition for my poem. I also got an offer in the mail to record my poem which I have not done. I just want others to know about them. I was thrilled to be a semi-finalist and they played on that and struck me down. Now it's their turn, because I am not done with them yet. Thanks for listening to me.
