Ripoff thieves

In October I made the terrible mistake of purchasing Dish Network and paid $199.99 for two receivers. On October 31 the installer came to my house and encouraged me to purchase a third receiver since I had three televisions.

I made the a check out to Dish Network for $99.00 and gave to the Installer (Forrest Bruce). Five days later I called Dish Network because I kept getting a blank screen on my television. The customer service representative was horrible.

It made me realize I did not want to receive this type of treatment. I called back and spoke with a supervisor and I was advised to return all three receivers to Dish Network 5701 S. Sante Fe Littleton, CO 80120 and that I would receive a full refund.

I explained to the supervisor that the $199.99 was debited from my checking account and that I gave the installer a check in the amount of $99.00 for the third receiver. The supervisor advised me to send all three and that they would send me a refund. Thirty days went by and still I heard nothing. I called and I was advised that the equipment had to be tested to make sure it was o.K. And that is why it took so long to start the refund process.

She advised me that everything tested fine with all three receivers and that the refund was pending and I would receive it in 7 to 10 days. On January 10 I called once again and they promised me that I would receive the money in 10 days. Here we are it is January 28, no refund and they kept all three receivers. I feel this was just a rip off. Everytime I call the office they promis me that the refund is on the way.
