ILD Teleservices, Inc. Telecommunications Ripoff. Started charging for unauthorized services on my telephone bill and refuses to take them off. Ripoff business from hell Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida...

This company began two months ago putting unauthorized charges on my telephone bill. They refuse to remove the charges for services i did not authorize. They state they use "a thousand" telephone solicitation companies and have no way of knowing who "made the sales call" and we were "sent a packet to review".

They state because they were not informed by the postal service that the "address was not valid" they consider the packet "sent and recieved and authorizing services". Not only did I never recieve any "packet", nor did I authorize service. The company insists it's "your problem" and they have a "tape recording". The "tape" does exist, with my agreeing to "receive information" only.

This company is the most disreputable company ever as can be seen by the many filings in multiple states for their illegal "slamming" of services. Their position is that for every one person they have to write off, there are thousands of others that will simplay pay! They have crossed the wrong consumer in Kentucky and i will be contacting the attorney general and my personal attorney tomorrow.
