Nouveau Riche Investment College
There are Nouveau Riche recruiters out there looking for people with goals of becoming a "real estate investor", they claim to to teach you everything in that career feild Honolulu Hawaii, Arizona Etc

I was recently approached by a Nouveau Riche recruiter at a career fair a couple days ago and I feel a need to let everyone know of their tactics. I am a very well-versed "salesperson" and am aware of the different types of selling techniques.

This statement comes straight from the site itself-
"Nouveau Riche does not just teach Real Estate Investingwe create Real Estate Investors. Nouveau Riche's blend of education and Community Benefit Companies not only teaches adults the way to CREATE WEALTH through successful Real Estate Investing, but simultaneously offers the support and resources to start investing!"

I was invited to one of their seminars that was held here in Honolulu, Hawaii. With the intent of finding out how I can learn more about the real estate business, I was surprised at the tricky tactics that was used on me during the seminar.

In the seminar, I was greeted by members of this scheme with smiles, I noticed how unprofessional they looked with the way they dressed and that was the first RED FLAG. There was about a hundred people that attended this event, once that first RED FLAG waved in my head I noticed myself being more aware of my surroundings.

I noticed that some of the recruiters were inputted into the crowd so that they would entice the crowd with motivation (screaming and applauding to set the victims in a very entranced state). I say entranced state because I myself use "The Art of Selling", and "The Art of Closing" to help persuade my applicants into buying "My Product", this is all part of Sales 101.

Secondly, Nouveau Riche is not an ACCREDITED college. They promise the knowledge of being a Real Estate Investor by buying their products. Here are their products with a quote from their site. Please be aware that there is no prices or tuition costs posted anywhere in their site. Oh, and its pretty expensive...

And if you are in there college, please be aware of how much people at the bottom of your business that is losing out on money!

Once you are educated of what a Pyramid Scheme is, then you base your decision on whether or not this school is actually to educate people, or to get more money.

Thank you for your time. I will probably have a lot of comments from "Nouveau Riche" Students/Recruiters saying otherwise about their school. Again, I am just trying to make nice people get out of a bad situation. Knowledge is Power...

P. S - At the job fair where I met the recruiter, they had books by robert kiyosaki and other great authors on their recruiting table. Books such as "rich dad, poor dad", "financial IQ" and others... If only Robert Kiyosaki knew that his book was being used in their recruitment tactics... Wouldnt he be pissed...
