Ripoff

I mailed a check to this company, and they cashed it and never sent the product. Its not psosible to reach anyone there to discuss the problem and they refuse consumer contact fraud ripoff

I mailed this company a check for 59.70 on May 28 and it was cashed and cleared my account on June 4th. No product was ever sent to me, nor was any refund. When I attempt to contact them, voicemail is full or I am on eternal hold.
