I've had a mortgage with Ocwen Federal for over 4 years and during this time I have made several attempts to speak with Byron Krutchip about my loan.

I have been placed on hold for an indefinite length of time, hung up on, transferred at least 5 times during one phone call and severely abused verbally.

I've contacted the office on several occassions to let them know that data was being reported inaccurately on my credit reports and needless to say trying to obtain a correction was like pulling teeth.

Time after time I've made payments and the payment was not posted, the payment was not posted on time, or the payment was returned in the mail unopened (payment sent to the same address time and time again) or better yet, I was charged a late fee although the payment arrived on time. It was so ridiculous that my payments were sent via Certified Mail just so that I could obtain a receipt of having sent the payment.

This bank will make a sane person crazy. Where do they find their employees or better yet where does management come from? I'm guesssing Mars. I have documentation to prove my claims and also at one point phoned an Legal Assistant to have her speak with Ocwen to get information to Bryon Krutchip and she phoned me back and said: "In all my years of being involved with best practices and procedures, I have never spoken with anyone so 'nasty', It's a shame that you have to deal with this company AND that type of treatment."
