I filed my taxes and noted that AOL was charging one of my credit cards for the last 10 months. I called them and they said I see you have not used the account but we don't have to give you your $210.00 back. We don't care if you didn't recieve service.
The law state that if you don't catch use screwing you within 90 days then we can get away with it. You will have to call the BBB if you want to get anywhere. What the H% is the business sector coming to. Screw you if I can...
