Fairbanks Capital Corp the ripoff business that doesnt give a dam abused & mistreated slow prossessing

Fairbanks Captal Corp. Held my account for 10 month. During this time I asked that an Escrow account be set up for my loan. Whitch all document were signed and faxed to the company 1 month into the loan they said they did not have that information. Still the company never responed to my any of my request. All I received was rude and unprofessional behavior from the eployees. They hung up the on me on several occasions. They truely failed to satisfy me as a customer.

In the end result due to thier incompetence my home property taxes were sold. Which put me in $5,000.00 dollar debt plus Fairbanks Captial pentalized me $4,000.00 for selling the account early. This is my first purchase. What gives these companies the right to do whatever they want when we are the ones that is paying them high price money to service us. I Dont know how many people this complaint but if their is an attorney that handles such cases please contact me.

This company also filed a negative report to my credit at the I was buying my property taxes back on my home.
