My account was to be paid off in 12. My last payment was due on 12/3. I sent my payment on 11/26. They said they received it on 12/8/02 and that was when it was posted. Because of this i was charged a late fee and the deferred finance charges.

First of all, the 8th was a sunday. Since when is a bank open on sunday, and when did the mail start arriving on sundays?

I went back and looked at all my previous checks. All previous checks made it to the center and were cashed within 3 to 4 days. Now all of a sudden when my account is supposed to be paid off and no charges added to it, my check took 12 days to go from columbus, ohio to lexington, kentucky.

The USPS states that at the most it should have been there in 3 days.
