Terminated for talking about to much safety, and being left in pheonix Arizona

I started my venture into trucking by attending the swift driving academy in lewiston, idaho. This was suppose to be a positive step foward from what i've been doing. I graduated the school and came back to minnesota. Minnesota had no mentors and they said they were going to send me down to texas and pick-up a mentor there. Well i got picked-up from a mentor alright. This mentor took me on and accepted a load that he knew had to go to california. There was one big problem he had no intentions of going to california. He was going to arizona. And that is wherei got left. I voiced how crazy this was. I spent almost twelve days there waiting on another mentor. Everthing seemed it was going ok but actully it wasn't. I didn't care who or what got me through the traing process so i thought. I went out on the road with my second mentor. And he was always on the phone and it turned out to be his boyfreind. I can put up with alot but we we ended up needing to go over the pass of sno - komis and come to find out that when we had to chain-up he didn't know how to chain. Here i was fresh out of school and i did. Always trying to take the easy way out except there is know easy way out. The easier he thought things were the harder they became. We threw some chains that day and they cut acouple of tires. Needless to say he never pre-tripped the truck. We drove for however long with a flat tire on the tractor.in which i found.By this time safety was becoming a serious concern. I didn't even want to be in the truck anymore. Then he started fighting everyday with his boyfreind, and he wanted to go home to arizona. He said for two days. I said that would be ok, as long it was only going to be for two days. I didn't want to be left too long in arizona for too long, after what had happened the first time. This guy wouldn't stop the truck for any repairs. All he wanted was to make money. As alot of you out there know that pheonix is a strict place to get out of. They check everthing. We were going to florida and we had to fuel at pheonix. And when we went to the fuel islands they seen a neglected headlight, hooh was also cracked. All because this guy was neglective of his truck, these things became my problem. Go figure how did his neglect become my problem? I spent seven more days in that motel. I begged and pleaded with my dm and asked that i need a bus ticket home and just to let me regroup they wouldn't budge. It was just deal with it. The idiot was on zanex for crieing out loud. I guess i was talking to much and with oly six days left of training I was terminated. I get hounded by the financial office for the thirty-nine hundred they say i owe them, for something that i don't se as being my problem. They made so much my problem that it isn't even funny. Word to the wise don't make waves. Ha, ha, ha safety to me is a very big thing. So i dont know where the problem is things like this make someone want to wonder why!!! I didn't do anything against the law. I don't know what is up with swift. All i know is they want their 3995for something that is useless to me now. I'm not the criminal they are. Scott
