Ripoff business from hell

About six months ago i got a phone call from these people and they had given me their sales pitch. I had accepted under the false understanding that i would recieve a confirmation packet in the mail and i was to read it, sign it and send it back to authorize my order. I never recieved the packet and didn't know how i was supposed to contact them to cancel my order.

I started recieving the magazines and i labeled them "return to sender, did not order". Now i have stopped recieving the magazines, but cms has now sent my balance to a collection agency because i stopped the payments with my credit card. We have fought back and fourth and they have time after time said there is nothing they can do for me, and they have a recorded conversation of me accepting their proposal and there was no way i could cancel my order.

I asked to hear the tape and the person said i had to talk to her supervisor. I talked with him and he said he was going to call me back and let me and my wife listen to it. He never called us.

Please help
what can i do???
