Unauthorized charge on my debit card consumer fraud ripoff

I checked my bank statement online and found a 96 dollar charge that i had no idea about. I called the 800 number on the statement and got a hold of someone. They tried to sell me more things and give me a 60 dollar rebate for different bills i pay for my household. I said i wanted no part in whatever you are trying to give or sell me. I told her i never received a packet that contained all of my "discount coupons" and i had never heard of them before. I want my money back and that is all. She gave me her employye number and name and said it would take 7 to 10 days to refund my money. Hopefully i get it.
