When I was trying to finish my externship with S.C.I., I got a call why I hadn 't finished my externship and before I could answer, he interrupted me sayin: "Don't you think it's your attitude?" Without even knowing me he thought he could make a good judgement about me. And then, about two weeks later, he called me up again saying: " Don't you think it's your attitude?" Like he has no way to talk to students other than that way!
He is not suited for that job! He's a jerk. He did not help complete my externship.

Oh and by the way, SCI has a bad reputation out there in the industry! The student pays way too much money to be admitted in this school! People, save your money and go to a community college to become a Chef, don't let this school rip you off!
