I had purchased a DAVID WHISNANT Real Estate Investing Course from Wiltshire Properties Inc, and was informed via e-mail I would receive a UPS tracking number upon delivery of the course 4/19. After checking all e-mails, even [junk & filter], NO TRACKING NUMBER was ever sent.

I followed up with an inquiry e-mail [4/22] in reference to this delivery issue, and have received NO RESPONSE! Next I have tried calling the number included in the e-mail [404-805-5539], which the answering party stated it was a wrong number.

Lastly if not frustrated enough, I sent one last blast e-mail [4/24] to both e-mails provided: [wiltshireproperties@comcast.net] & [dave@4-real-estate-investing.com], informing the lack of communication, delivery issue, and the fraudulent selling practices would be reported to the State Attorney General, BBB, and Georgia Secretary of State.

Atlanta BBB contacted DAVE WHISNANT multiple times, and as usual "NO RESPONSE". ~go figure!
