Following the use of Intelius to look up a phone number, my credit card started to get charged $19.95 per month for something called PMIdentity and another $19.95 month (on different days of the billing cycle) for something else called 24ProtectPlus. I did not authorize these charges and couldn't get them stopped other than to file a fraud claim with my credit card company and cancel the card. One of the people behind this is John Arnold, the vice president of Intelius. His direct office lin 425 974 6105.
