I purchased an Aqua Maid system, changed my mind, took the 3-day free look option and cancelled the purchase. The equipment was neither delivered nor installed. I charged the purchase to my VISA. This was August.

I disputed the charge on my Visa, but to no avail. 9 months later VISA is still charging me - plus finance charges. I have spoken with the president of the company and Pat Ellis of B & B Promotions. I have been told that there is no record of either the sale or the installation of this product in my home. Pat Ellis has told me repeatedly that they will credit my VISA with the purchase price but this has not occurred. Now Pat Ellis does not pick up the phone when I call.

I receive 2 or 3 collection calls per day from VISA. I have a lawyer and he tells me that it will cost as much to sue as it would to pay off the VISA. Frankly, I would rather pay a lawyer than Aqua Maid.
