Fraud on student loans

Ok when I signed up for school at Harrsion in 04 my annual income was only 7,000 dollars and I was a single mom. Now with getting grants I still have a federal loan of 6,500 dollars. With a variable interest rate. I have idea what they signed me up for. They told me my monthly payments would be 50$ I have to pay over 130 just to pay in interest. And since I am not over 10,000 dollars and its a federal loan I can't refiance or anything. I dont think my financial aid was done correctly and dont know what to do. Can somebody please help me
