I usually toss JUNK MAIL into the garbage, but I feel compelled to write to express my outrage that knowlng so many people most of them with children, are in dire staits, that there are creeps who would use that to STEAL. I fervantly hope that this person is already under investigation and if not, why. Personally, I am always cynical about such "offers" but to those of you who are looking for a solution to your financial problems there are just such despicable people who think nothing of kicking a person while they are down. So please do not send any money to these con artists-then they will be out of "buisness"!
