Do not be fooled. I hope someone gets to read this before signing a contract with these robbers. I paid for premium services and when my air conditioning broke, they looked @ it and said it was not "Normal Wear and Tear" and refused to cover repairs for it after I parted with an extra $60 for a service call. I don't know how these people can get away with what they are doing. It is just not RIGHT.
