This company is pretty smooth. First they get you with the "minimal shipping cost" to send you your "free sample", then before you even get your "14 day free trial sample; they charge your bank account for a full months order that you didn't order or authorize!

I have had multiple communications via e-mail w / a Mr. Rob Palmer who assured me he would refund my account and not send me any more product, but so far it's all talk and no action and our correspondence started on 4/19/08 and nothing has been resolved.

I received an email from a Matt Corke telling me he had completed the refund but it was up to my bank credit the funds. Well, my bank said they have nothing to do w/it that its done automatically and that is a line scam artist companies use to make the customer think they've done it so you'll go away.

I have since emailed him back letting him know that I'm not going away, quietly or otherwise and I'm not. They say the squeeky wheel gets the grease, I guess I'll find out.

These people have apparently been at this game for quite a while because they have gotten pretty good at it but somehow, someway, somebody needs to stop them!
