Worked with me on a business deal and when it closed, he refused to pay me

I referred a business deal to Jack with an agreement of a certain fee to be paid to myself when the deal funded. When the deal funded Jack said the check was in the mail and then started ignoring my calls. He then told my boss that his company lost his license and went out of business which we later verified was not true. I want this to be posted to make sure that no one else suffers the loss that I had to go through and so everyone is aware of what a con artist Jack Sanford is.
