Not returning Financial Aid dispersed to them

My partner and that I attend 1 course in the College of Phoenix online plan. We completed educational funding plus they obtained dispersments within the quantity of $14,000 on April 10th. My partner determined education didn't squeeze into his routine at the moment due to the needs and withdrew in the plan. I had been unhappy using their MBA program and so I transferred to Kaplan University. The School of Phoenix not just obtained my partners and my educational funding. Not just did they NOT utilize our dispersements to the statement, they've set us into selections, and they'll not keep in touch with me about returning the resources towards the bank. I've named many times requesting them once they will soon be returning the resources, that they need to officially return them towards the bank within thirty days, however they hang-up on me. Therefore, they've our cash, they wont deliver it back again to the lending company, plus they have set us into selections.
