This Company sent me a letter to infom me that I had won $52,995.00 USD on April 7th

Education & Science

The reason that made me write this report is for the ignorance of many people, I am included, about this kind of fraud letters that other people without principles write and send out to people like you and me that in some cases are needed of money and make us think that this is really the opportunity or open door that we were waiting for.

The letter that I received inform me that I have been an exceptional lucky sweepstake winner and that their network system shows me the lucky winner of an unclaimed prize money in the amount of $52,995.00 USD and that the system indicated that I won the prize on April 7th in the third category draw.

It says, too. That all participants (as me) were selected through a computerize ballot system draw from readers digest, publishers clearing house, mailing addresses, computer games and sweepstakes with data base from United Australia, New Zealand, Europe, North and South America, South Africa and Asia as a part of their International Promotions Program (IPP), which is conducted annually.

Also says that a winner pays a processing fee before the funds are released but the winner will pay from its winning money; it says that the first installment of $2,995.00 USD should be used for the payment of the processing fee of $2,800.00 USD. And that the balance of $195.00 USD should be used to pay the transfer charges that will be charged to the winner by Western Union or Money Gram.

With this letter they also sent me a check in the amount of $2,995.00 USD which must be deposited into my bank account to enable me to pay my processing fee. Also enclosed, was a claims payment confirmation form with the name and address of my receiving agent. The form must be completed and sent by fax to the processing office to finalize my claims. My supposed balance payment of $50,000.00 USD will be to me via my preferred method of payment, after successful completion of the claims process.

Please do not fall in this trick that will damage your reputation. Do not become a victim of this kind of people, if you already received a letter like this or similar, make a research about the company or person that is sending it. If you do not find any information about it, please report them immediately or if you already fall in this fraud look for legal help right away.

I have to say that thanks to my wife I didnt fall in this fraud, I was disposed to do everything they say and how they say in this letter but when I commented to my wife about this; she started to research about the company and its location, but she could not find any information about it. So we realize that it was a fraud.
