Ripoff, overcharge, hassle, don't deliver, tricked and lied to us

They call and bug you to sign up for the magazines, basically they do not take no for an answer.
They charge you more than the magazines are actually worth.

You are lucky if you even get one copy delivered to you.
And if you call them to complain, they transfer you from one person to another until you have been on the phone for over 30 minutes and you get no satisfaction.

If you write to them you do not get any response at all.
And when you call them to cancel your subscription they keep you on the phone giving you the run around forever giving you every reason why you should not cancel and all the probabilities for why you have not recieved you magazines.

The best one was are you sure you did not get them? Maybe you should check you coffee table or your bookcases. Like you would be so stupid as to not know what is on your own coffee table. It took over a month to get these people to get it through their heads that I did not want to do business with them anymore. Now when anyone calls to sell me something I just say no thanks and hang up.

It is people like them that make us no longer willing to trust.
