Two in the same family Ripped off by SMC

My mother and I both were selling products through SMC. She got behind in her yearly dues due to illness and I due to job loss. When we contacted SMC about catching up on dues, they failed to respond in any way.
We spent around $300 of our hard earned money and about $40 a year after for dues thinking we're going to make some money. You would think that after we spent all that money they could have at least told us how much we were behind so we could pay it and keep selling.
They say they want to help you make money but it's a lie! They say that your success is their success but they're a success by getting a little money out of a lot of people.
