Ripoff on exchange of tires

I have been purchasing tires for both my wifes car and my truck for years at vip.

Recently i went into the odlin rd. Store and bought four tires for my wifes neon, all weather radial buy 3

Get one free promotion, my wife decided 2 days and about 20 miles later that the tires

Didnt give enough traction in the snow. I went back and asked if could exchange them and pay

The difference to get a deeper winter tread. About fifteen dollars more per tire. Sure he says,

If you give two back to us plus one hundred dollars. Do i look that stupid?

Well he says one were crediting you for, one were not because you didnt pay for it.

Excuse me, but i bought four identical tires. It shouldnt matter to you he says because you didnt pay for one.

No thanks vip if im going to do that i might as well buy two at tirewarehouse in bangor and keep the two i bought.

Which i did, for less money than they wanted and an equal quality tire.

Incidentaly tirewarehouse offered to buy the two tires i bought from vip.

I have bought my last tires from vip, im tired of the lies and and the attempts to take advantage of me
