Ripoff Consumer fraud rip-off scam

I have called repeatedly trying to redeem my $99.99 refund. I have spoken with supervisors glady and scott. I have had claim re-submitted three time each time allowing fourteen business days. At this point the 866-892-6018 phone number is constantly busy. It seems like a refund is unlikely at this point
