Does not care if i have more than one impairment and cant work a high paying jo

Ok back in 2005 i decided to go to school at ITT-Technical Institute in Green Bay WI and had to drive 1 hour oneway and was living from my savings i started in November and had no money for gas to drive there so i withdraweled from school for 3 months to find a job and the place i worked at before rehired me and worked and saved money and re inrolled back to school and i was having alot of trouble learning the couses and cheated on two of them so would have A's Question is why does it cost 9,000$ to be in school for 9 months? And the school did not have everything for people with learning impairments the NTC does but this school no so anyway i told the people at sallie mae i cant find a job nor i can learn a career and i have proof of this and salllie mae doesnt care nor to my information i have NO options on 2 SOLP loans 6 months of forbarrince at a 100.00 and i called them a day ago asking for anothers 6 months and they tell me i have to pay $181.00 in May this year and how do i pay for this with no money i cant defer or anything i did quilfy for DVR services and tolded them that to what in one hear and out the other BS i am still trying to work something out with this company but it must be all about money the people that work there are working and are normal people i am not i am taking medaction for my high blood pressure and anixity pills and have depression very badly i told them this keeps up i will kill myself
