Ripoff VALUABLE CUSTOMER FAITHFUL BILLPAYER DISABLED 1 MONTH abused & mistreated

I have been a faithful customer of newport news, fcnb
Since i cant even remember. Anyway, i have never ever
Incurred a late fee and always always pay more than
Minimum amount due, before it is even due. I was on
Disability for 1 month, and managed to mail them 5.00 for
That particular month. Iv'e called on several occassions
And documented time, date and name of person i spoke
With. I begged them to remove a late fee one time...
Explaining that i had sent 50.00 of the minimum 40.00 due
O bring account up todate and now they are still charging
Me late fee for last month, this month as of the 6th, and
I still owe 95.00 again.
I advised that i could even send disability papers and
Vowed to always have a better plan for this type of
Situation. They are totally insensitive and not customer
Oriented, only want their money and then some...
I shopped constantly through catalogs, at eddie bauer
Stores. I vow never to purchase from them again and
Voiced that i will have to cut them off and continue to
Pay only 10.00 (or maybe even 5.00) a month for the rest
Of my life. They dont even respond, just say, "ok" and
Then disconnect from me. I felt very invalued on the 2
Different occassions that i voiced my situation to 2
Different operators.
The point is that since they were not willing to assist
Me when we are assisting them by being customers... They
Willl no longer get 50.00 a month because i will never be
Up to date w/my account with them. And i know legally
That they cannot refer me to court as a monthly payment
Arrives direct to their company. And i will always send
For the copy of the check copy. And ever so often certify
Mail the copies to them shwoing that this will stand in a
Court of law.
I urge you to all do this... Please.
