Bob graham they took my last payment last year and i haven't heard from them since, $1795

Hi, I am a retired and I was desperate to solve my tax problems when I came across this company on the internet. So I called them. They sounded legit and even sent me the paper work I needed to file. I faxed my checks to them and they even worked with me to change payment dates as I was having difficulty making the arranged payments. I received a letter, very officious looking, from IRS, saying that they could not read information faxed to them.

I called the company and they said they would fix it. After the final payment I never heard from them and when I try to call them I get disconnected numbers or busy signals, and a message that says something pua etc, and disconnected email service. Now, I can't even file because I have no tax information from last year as I sent all of my tax papers to them. I only have their paper work. I have not heard from them since they received my last check.
