Paper work was sent in near last may payment was due the 20th june still have processed payment or recontacted dr. To get my medical so payment could be payed by them

Filed paper work the three week may to let them know i had become disabled. The sent me letter on 5th june stating paperwork had been received. Letters was sent to doctors to get medical information, stated the would pay cost for medical records dr. Office faxed them back to let them know what fee was[dr gleaves] i contacted dr. Turner they told me they never received anything from this company on 07/11/08. I have called this company numberous times they keep giving me the run around now second payment is about to come due. Hope you will be able to help me..
