In December of 1999 we fell behind in our mortgage. Fairbanks threatened to foreclose on our home. We were able to come up with the three months mortgage but they would not accept it.

Their so call customer reps were extremely nasty, defamating, and outright rude. To make a long, exhausting, tormenting and life threatning situation short. You who have dealt with Fairbanks are aware off their many devilish tactics can imagine all the garbage we have been through.

Fairbanks has gotten away with their underhanded practices and have gotten a new bed partner (US Mortgage Associates in Florida also) Our house is scheduled for a sherrif sale November 13.

I was married yesterday, that may soon change. We will be moving out. I am headed to Florida in the next couple of days to demand someone looks into these practices.

I've lost everything and have nothing else to gain except the satisfaction of being heard and a part of the investigation.
