On Feb. 11 I ordered merchandise from Outpost Flags in the amount of $ 59.65.
I called company to find out shipping date and was told my items would be shipped by Feb. 20.
On March 11 I had not yet received my order, I called Outpost Flags and was told my oder had been shipped.
March 24, and no order yet.
Outpost Flags now does not return my phone calls or E-Mails.
I have contacted my credit card company, my card has been chaged but the card company is withholding payment at this time
