UCB The Company From HELL!

My wife became disabled and had to quit work, as a result we were unable to pay some of our bills. I searched the internet for a solution to our situation and settled on Superior Debt Solutions INC. I am trying to settle this as best as I can under the circumstances.

Since that time UCB has constantly called and threated me with lawsuits-ETC. They have even called my parents and my workplace. I was instructed to send a form letter to them via Certified Mail stating The Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, 15USCA 1692c (C)

Will this help? I just wonder if anypone else has a similar problem with UCB?
