Cash Call
I paid off the loan however they are still harassing me!

I need some help. I am currently disabled and cant afford a lawyer to help me and so I am turning to you for help.

About 6 or 7 months ago the wife and I needed a small loan. We called cash call and received ed a 5000 loan. Shortly after I blew out my back and was unable to work. We fell behind on all the bills for a month or so and cash call was one of them. They harassed us so bad for months that the wife finally took a loan from her 401K to pay them off. Up to this point I understand there collection practices.

HOWEVER after much talking with them on the phone they told me they would settle for $5,300.00 as a pay off however I had to have it paid with in 1 hour of the phone call. I rushed to the bank, pulled out the money and rushed to wall mart to send the money graham and paid the debt in full.

A month later I received a bill in the mail wanting me to make a 250 or so payment. I called cash call and was told that the loan amount was 0.00 and I was just stuck in the dialer and he would make sure I get removed.

Well guess what. Yesterday there collections department started calling my wife once again at work and called me twice. I tried to explain the the loan was paid in full that I had sent the 5,300.00 to them VIA western union however they continue to harass us for more money...

I Beg for your help. I am unable to pay a lawyer at this time. I just want them to quit calling on a debt that I paid off! I am currently bed ridden and really cant handle the harassing calls at this point. Again please help me!
