SEF Publishers Marketing Service Unauthorized charges on credit card business identifies itself and card/souvenier store Bradenton

I have an unauthorized charge on my credit card for $46.00 3/4/08. I was solicited after the fact, on 3/12/08 by some one having great gifts of some sort and magazines. I said "no I did not want any thing from this company whatsoever" immediately and the call ended abruptly. On 3/14/08 I just happened to be checking my credit card account and discovered the larceny. I immediately filed a dispute with my credit card company, but their process for the return of the charge is 6 weeks long. Someone is clearlying phishing and obtaining info and/or selling information illegally.

I'm pretty angry that there was no phone number associated with this charge on my statement, until I ran a search on it today. What else can be done to stop these guys? No way for me to contact the company directly, the address I have is different, but the same city, no phone number to call or website.
