Northern Security - Don Paul - Leslie Snow - Betty Snow, False Hope for money I thought was coming!

I was sent a check in the mail for almost three thousand and a number to call. I called the number and asked for Don Paul like the letter said to do that came along with the check. I was told to cash the check and send in the money to cover the legal fees and taxes. I was also told that I was approved for a grant totallig 39 thousand dallors. I took the check to the bank and was then told that the check would have a hold because the amount. The check ended up being returned because the bank that issued the chack would not cash it. After I called Don Paul and I never got a answer again.
