I am being sued evidently by ladco leasing for a lease that I belived to be terminated unused in 2005. I was called today by a Private investigator working on there behalf informing me that he was about to perform an asset search on myself and the company I had (closed). Now not sure why they would inform me, (giving me time to make my assets disappear a bit more) But I am still afraid of the lawsuit. Is there any advice, or any actions that I can take against them, Including a class action, or anything along these lines? Please help... They are trying to take me to court here in Tippicanoe county of indiana, for approximately $7300, LOL. Please let me know what you can think of.
