CRS Took $399.00 from my checking without my approval

Took $399.00 out of my checking. When i called to get information the lady would not tell me anything, she said she was just the middle man. I reported it my bank. And if this happens again i will report it to the local police. I told her that i was going to report them to the better busniess breaure. She was very rude. And would not tell me a thing. I did call back later and she changed her way of thinking She was nicer but still said she couldnt give me any info. She told me to call back later this week but believe i will be calling her sooner.

This is going to stop. Why cant something be done with this company and how are they getting our Bank acct nos. I did not ok for anyone to take that much money out of my checking. And believe if i did that amount i would remember. Im going to keep at this till i find out what is going on. And will see that it doesnt happen again
